"Meditation in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Monk Thich Nhat Hanh in Chiang Mai.
We are part-time Buddhas who sit together. We meditate in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh but are open to other traditions. Fresh minds are always welcome. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and your breath to the weekly sitting. On pillows, cushions, chairs, yoga mats, blankets, pads we sit every Thursday evening starting at 7:30pm and end promptly at 9:00. We sit, we breathe, we walk, we smile and we enjoy together as a sangha."
